Questions people ask
Can I do a Kent wine tour as a day trip from London?
Yes. Many vineyards are 60 to 90 minutes away by train and taxi, and several tours include transport from central London. Check the pickup point before you book.
What should I wear to a vineyard?
Smart casual is fine. Vineyards can be uneven and muddy after rain, so wear flat, closed shoes.
Can I bring children or dogs?
It depends on the vineyard. Some experiences are 18 and over, and most estates don't allow dogs in production areas. The tour listing will say.
Do tours run in bad weather?
Tastings usually go ahead indoors and vineyard walks may be shortened. If the weather is bad enough to cancel, you will be offered another date or a refund.
